Weather & Surf Conditions
Surfing is weather and tide dependent, and safety always comes first.
If conditions are unsuitable, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and arrange an alternative session where we can. If we’re unable to reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund.
Please note that rain alone will not affect your lesson.
Changing Your Booking
If you need to change your booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you contact us at least 48 hours before your lesson.
While we’ll always try to help, changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
